The details you provide in this form will be used to complete your membership record and in line with our new club guidelines, these details will be used as the contact details for NHS Track & Trace so please ensure you provide both an up to date email & contact number should we need to contact you. 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are required for all new members, including those attending any taster session, to sign up as full members in advance of attening any sessions to ensure we have a full understandind of the members within the club to keep everyone safe. Should you be unsure if Dunedin is for you yet, please do get in touch and we can help provide you with the details you need to decide if Dunedin is for you.
